Program Management is the forum for delivering longer term benefits to the organization. Program management decides the scope, the budget, and the priority of the project deliverables to be achieved over a 2-5 year or even longer time horizon in order to achieve the required benefits.

The course objective is to improve the organizations capability to manage and achieve longer term objectives in the light of active business and new opportunities and threats.
