Business Analysis is performed in order to develop solution requirements that are fully aligned with corporate strategy and organizational performance needs.

The business analysis result is used in requirements specifications, solution design documentation, and for workflow documentation during solution implementation.

The LYNGSO Business Analysis method enforces ownership of the implemented results from top to bottom of the involved organization.

The course teaches the LYNGSO method that has been used successfully in many international organizations and in many different industries.

Objective

The course objective is to improve the organizations capability to manage and achieve the implementation of strategically aligned lean solutions produced in agile processes.
