Solution Design is performed in order to create a solid and consistent foundation for development and implementation of the solutions conceived during Business Analysis.

The solution design method trained by LYNGSO is agile in nature and ensures lean solutions. The techniques used normalize both data (information) and processes in such a way that the developed solutions become robust to business changes and open for integration with other solutions.

The course teaches the LYNGSO Object Lifecycle Analysis (OLA) method that has been used successfully in many international organizations and in many different industries. Sprints (agile) and Use cases are some results from the OLA.

Objective

The course objective is to improve the organizations capability to develop, implement, and quality manage solutions in agile processes.

Content

The following topics form the framework for the course. We use established standards of documentation and terminology during the training.

Solution Design Scope Definition
Organizational structure requirements
Analysis preparation (Object Identification)
Analysis execution and result documentation
Analysis results review and sign off
Development planning and scheduling
CASE tool usage
How to use the result during development, implementation and Quality Management (traceability)

Result

The course participants will expand their understanding of roles, responsibilities, and tasks in Agile Solution delivery. The organization gets a set of proven standards (Processes, Products(Templates), and Organization Builds)) that can be used directly in solution design internally or for assessment of already implemented methods.
